Dunkin' - West Chicago

Didn?t receive a good customer service. Order dozen donuts with different flavors but only had four different flavors in the pack. Orders egg and cheese wake-up wrap and got one with meat in it. When I asked to get it fixed, ended up getting an attitudefrom the team.

They got my friends order wrong and there inside was being renovated I don?t recommend you go here find a better one.

The lady behind the counter shoukd be re-education on how to treat customers.

I?m so tired of going to these Dunkin? Donuts and the insides being closed because they?re too lazy or don?t have enough workers to open up the inside! Again this one was closed one of the busiest ones on the inside for no reason! Dunkin? Donuts you?reabout to lose my business altogether. I don?t know who you have running these places but they love to shut the insides down forno reason at all it?s pathetic

Went through drive thru and a young lady came through and was laughing. I told her my first ice coffee order which I asked for 3 pumps of French vanilla and she repeats back ok 2 pumps. I told her no, 3. I tell her the second ice coffee order. I tell her 4pumps of mocha and repeats 2 pumps of mocha. I said no and had to repeat it again. She laughs and sends us to the window to pay.We asked the girl who took the payment who was taking the orders through drive thru and she refused to give us the girls nameand said she didn 't know. Yeah right. Both ice coffee orders are not even correct!! Which shouldn 't be a surprise cause ithappens quite frequently. Apparently, their all dumb there and don 't know anyones name and their job is fun and games. Corporate office is being sent an email/phone call cause this is the second time this happened with the same girl. This happenedon July 17th around 2:05 ish
