Prime Burger Lounge - West Chester

Burgers were good but kind of expensive, not sure if its an app issue or not but you cannot add more than one topping and youre charged extra for basic lettuce,tomato, etc. and no fries included thats also extra.

Terrible tasting burger, bun dry and hard, meat had zero taste whatsoever, left off lettuce and cold fries. I see that dash driver was there waiting or something for over 15-20 minutes. Not sure why. Terrible experience. I wont order from here again. Worst burger ever how do you crew up a burger? The texture was literally hard to bite into.

There was no cheese on either of my "cheeseburgers" ; burger was still good but the order was wrong

Burnt burger patty , no condiments, no topping nothing like in picture ...

This is a ghost kitchen, it is WC diner, they operate other ones too. Like Wing Stop, Danny Desserts, etc. bad food and trying to overcharge customers who dont realize its diner food and gross.
