So nice, great staff, high quality food. Even though they are busy, employees always do their best to help you. Once they made a mistake in my order and apologised and personally fixed them immediately and gave me a cookie: 'made my day, can't find that this great service anywhere

Great breakfast! Staff are always so nice and offer amazing service! There are so many ways to choose between the different types of bagels, spreads and sandwiches! Good selection of coffee/tea, but always a good choice!

Nice good bagel place at West Chester Universities campus, and usually has little to no lines, so you can get your bagel before your class starts.

It has good bagels, but it is not the place for a quick bite to eat. Waiting time is usually thirty minutes or sometimes an hour because, how busy they get. Just once in a blue moon, because of him.

Still one of the best places for fresh bagels. Sometimes a long line during class changes.
