Arby's - West Chester Township

Arby’s know they are out of line for selling me these dried out, fried ten times fries. There was even little pieces of curly fries in the box. Straight into the trash they had to go. The person who bagged my food was nice, but he should never have put these fries in the bag. They should have been thrown away hours before I arrived. Follow me on TikTok or YouTube for more!

The roast beef had some green stuff on it along with the fact the young kid in the drive through can barley think of something to say back to you giving zero response

My French dip sandwich was dry, whoever bagged my order forgot the main dish of the ingredient. The dip, fries were good though and I was able to get my lunch quickly. Just wish I had the dip.

The lady that was working was so kind. She was not only running the front registration but was also making all the food. She apologized for having to do everything. She did it all wonderfully and with a smile. I can not imagine how hard so was working and what a long day it was but he still had a smile for customers. That can be hard to find anymore and I was so appreciative of it. Food was made well and we enjoyed it.

The absolute slowest and most apathetic service I've received from a fast food restaurant in a couple of years. The food wasn't worth the wait. The sandwich buns were stale. The soft drinks were flat.
