Leonardo's - West Cedar Rapids

BIG PROBLEM!! I ordered 4 Large pizzas for a birthday party and requested a couple of sides of Ranch dressing. When I got the pizzas home there was no Ranch. The problem comes in when I see that Leonardo's charged my card SEPARATELY $12.00 for the Ranch sides!! We all know that condiment sides come in extremely small containers, so imagine how angry I was to be charged such an OUTRAGEOUS amount and not receive any ranch!!I called them to get this rectified; however, I only got the run around. Not one manager would take the time to look into this, nor discuss refunding the $12.00. I have been going to Leonardo's since childhood...maybe I need to rethink this decision!!

3$ plus to use my card. The 2 pizzas were already 60$. U charging to much

We had the taco pizza. It was pretty good! It was loaded with toppings. I barely was able to take a bite each time. And when I did, I lost 3/4 if the topping on my piece. It was delicious though!Atmosphere was surprising. When you see the outside of the place, and then walk in, you go from present day outside, to 70s inside. A pretty fun place to visit.

Our baby shower had its own waitress, Lindsey, and she was part of the entire event! So helpful! ?
