Jersey Mike's Subs - West Caldwell

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic, they are hardworking and treat all customers, even the difficult ones, with care. However, the clientele can be a bit chaotic with some people struggling to order even the simplest items off the menu. It can feel like a madhouse at times.

The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

There seems to have been a Staff change and the atmosphere and attitudes of the workers are night and day better than the past. Will definitely be visiting this location more often now!

This restaurant offers the best sub sandwiches in the area and their customer service is excellent.

Call the staff and management in this Jersey Mikes. Everyone is super nice and personal. I lost my money in the store (won't reveal a lot), but I remember it was the last place I went to. I went back, hope a good person saw it and turned it in. I was sad and kicked myself because I care for the best of me. But management really took the time to talk to me, and that's all that matters.
