Tim Hortons - West Branch Township

Nothing to rave about. Service was slow but food was 100%. So, good food, slow to come, not a very exciting atmosphere if you go inside though...cramped, wouldn 't call it dirty but not 'clean ' either.

Met up with some friends to work on homework. We got there at about 6 and we knew closing was approaching the employees were completing their closing duties, but hours online said open until 8pm and the open sign was still lit. At about 7:42pm all of the lights were TURNED OFF without a single warning from the employees. I have no problem with the store closing early, but at least tell/ask your customers hey we 're going to go ahead and close early, can you go ahead and get packed up or simply ask your customers to please leave we would have done just that. Not a single employee said a WORD through the whole event... they just went ahead and turned all the lights off and hid in the back. I have NEVER experienced such TERRIBLE customer service skills/communication. Needless to say I will no longer be a customer to this store.

They only had about 10 doughnuts when we were there.

I have tried to call this place all day yesterday cause of a problem and not one single soul would answer the phone I called again today and still no answer. Now I'm going to have to drive 45 mins out of my way today just because no one wants to answer the phone.

Th restaurant is so dirty!! No toilet paper in the restrooms. The big guy making the food had only one glove on. Not on the hand he was using to make the food either
