The location is a bit odd connected between the mall and the hotel, so ambience is interesting but they did the best they could with the space. We loved the beets most from what we ordered. The lavender chicken was interesting but I'm not sure lavender and chicken are the greatest combo for my personal taste. Fries are yummy too!
Excellent food, service, and ambience. I hosted a business lunch while at JW Marriott MoA. The experience at this restaurant was top notch. Frank, the head chef, even came to greet us at our table. Our service was exceptional from our server and the host/hostess staff.
The meal was delicious! But the meal was served quite slowly, taking about three hours to eat, and it was more than two hours before closing time. . . When the waiter came several times, he should have been discussing the issue of booking 20 people and now 14 people and the service fee
Nice location but the service is Horrible . Food was decent. But when it takes 20 minutes for server to come that’s not good. Likely won’t be back. Plus it’s experience for such slow service.
It took about 15 minutes for us to be greeted. Finally someone came up and took a drink order. It was a hostess. We waited even longer to get drinks when the same hostess took our orders. About 25 minutes in to sitting we got our beverages! Unacceptable. The server then told us 25 minutes in to sitting that our app was unavailable. We were wondering why we never got it so we asked about it, she only told us then it was not available! We got our food 55 minutes after sitting down -but only 1/2 the table-the rest of the table had to wait for their food. They got their food 10 minutes after us! No one acknowledged any issues. The manager knew we only got 1/2 of our food initially. He knew our food was very late! He never came over to check in, apologize- nothing. The server never apologized. I stopped and spoke with the manager. You were understaffed. On Mother's Day, staff your restaurant. You know you are going to busy. You called us to verify we were coming. We had reservations. If things are falling apart in the restaurant, as management— check on your tables! What an annoying experience for Mothers's Day! Plus you never did anything nice for the Mother's. In year's past you had a flower at least to the Moms. So bad service and nothing nice. We won't come back. Don't visit this restaurant until they fix the mgmt! Yikes—You can do better!
