Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I brought our 4 children (ages 6-11 here for lunch while celebrating my 8 year old's birthday at Nickelodeon Universe. Melissa, our server, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She took into consideration the joys of dining with multiple sugared up kids and sat us at an oversized booth with a TV screen directly above to help keep them contained and occupied (THANK YOU!! It was our first time dining here and she made excellent food and drink recommendations while accommodating multiple food allergies. The kids could not stop talking about their tall boy root beers! She made sure to check in with us often, but not too often which I was grateful for. It's a week later and I'm still thinking about our positive interactions with her! The food was delicious! I ordered some breakfast style burger with an egg on it and a gluten-free bun. Gluten free bread is usually pretty sad and dry and can easily turn a great burger into a mediocre burger, but this one pleasantly surprised me! I'd eat the gluten free bun even if I didn't have to! Or maybe the burger itself was just that good to where I didn't notice the bun... either way, I would definitely choose it again! Two reasons I couldn't give it 5 stars: 1 The TV volume was SO LOUD, even for a sports bar on game day. Like I said, I'm a mother of 4 and we were visiting Nickelodeon Universe.. I'm pretty used to loud noises. But my ears were ringing when we left. 2 Many of the menu items and beer options were out of stock. I get it though, that's just the current state of the world. But that coupled with the volume issue made it a 4 star experience for me. With that being said, I still highly recommend and plan to dine there again.
This place is so good. Great burgers, I had the Heavy Hitter Cheeseburger. Which was delish, the fried where outstanding. I do have to be honest I didn't eat the fries, the burger was so big that I had some fries and focused on the burger, almost didn't finish the burger! This is a mountain! Couldn't fit those delicious fries.
This is a great place if you're ready to wait over an hour for your meal and for it to be cold. A McDonald's burger would've tasted better than the one I had.
Uff da..... Let 's start on a positive note. The space is super cool. Open, big, and airy with cool views of the theme park at Mall of America. There are countless TVs to enjoy all the sports action your heart can desire. The staff was prompt and courteous. All great things. This was my first visit and I was excited and wanted to put it to the test! Started with the Hail Mary **** Mary. This massive drink came with a fried pickle and burger slider along with some standard accompaniments. The garnish 's were just ok and the mix definitely tasted like it came from a generic pre made mix. For $25 or so dollars I don 't recommend. Next came the giant pretzel. While the pretzel was decent, as well as the mustard, the beer cheese was, as far as I 'm concerned, inedible. It 's entree time. I couldn 't resist the PBJ burger. A beef patty with peanut butter, raspberry jam, bacon, jalapeño jack cheese, and lettuce. There was way too much jam which ended up drowning the spice from the cheese. Burger was way over cooked. Wouldn 't recommend. Also ordered the Dome Dog. This was pretty solid. Hot dog was a little over cooked but I didn 't hate it. But I mean... it 's a hot dog. Not sure I would go back
