Bidrage med feedbackI fought here for lunch. Waited for 15 minutes when I watched the Lady Bag Pick-up orders (door bag). She then announced that they were secured to doorstep orders and did not receive customer orders in the store. That's ridiculous. She gave us a free well to wait and sent us out of the door.
Horribler customer service. There they were and said they couldn't let people in because they were short staff. There were no other customers there and I counted 3 employees standing around, but they couldn't be harassed to clean up a few customers. It is not that this place is so busy that they need dedicated waiting staff or table cleaners. Customer service is cruel!
Food was absolutely phenomenal! Solid choice without being overwhelmed. The staff there is personable and on point! I'll come back to this place!
The food was terrible, especially the fries, and the service was indescribable. The staff just stared at me. When we arrived, they told us we couldn't sit in the waiting area because they didn't want to clean it. So, we had to sit outside in the sun. When we asked about the menu, they were unable to provide certain drinks, so I opted for a milkshake. I ordered one with S'mores flavor, but they only had half a cup available. It was a very odd experience. I definitely would not return to this restaurant.
Please update your website. I want to make it clear that I am not leaving a negative review because the food and drinks here are really good. However, the issue lies with the website as the timings displayed are inconsistent. Today, I arrived to order food but found the restaurant closed despite the website indicating otherwise. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue with the Smash Burger website. I am hesitant to return as I cannot rely on accurate opening hours. Additionally, there is a problem with their phone system as my calls went unanswered, even when I was at the restaurant and saw the phone ringing with no response. Sadly, Smash Burger has changed drastically in the last decade under new management. It appears that the current manager is only interested in profit, resulting in a decline in overall quality and service. The staff also seem disinterested and unhappy, likely due to the lack of care from management.
