Bidrage med feedbackAs I write this review I'm trying to use my words gently and wisely. This Wesley Chapel location is below average. As a member of this community, I was excited to see a newly renovated facility in South Dekalb. However, the staff (kids) who work there are not adhering to the Chic Fil A standards and expectations. My sister worked for them all throughout her high school years, so I KNOW what is expected of staff. The employees at this location display bad attitudes most times, they never say My Pleasure and they move slow just to name a few. And in regards to the drive thru.....its awful. Very slow. So slow, you may as well just go in. I gave this location several chances, not anymore. Sad to say it. Do better Wesley Chapel!
The food is always great! Love the cookies n creme milkshake!I always order through the app and pick up food through the drive-thru. Very convenient!I do wish their app gave out more freebies and coupons like the other fast food restaurants do.
Chick-fil-A is a great restaurant to change up for something different. Their variety of sandwiches to nuggets to salads, even the side items are delicious. Drive thru with 2 lanes makes getting in and out quicker. Finally, getting dessert there is awesome, I get an ice cream cone every time I go. ENJOY!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessibility is there for those who have special needs if they wish to dine in. My best friend uses a walker so is great she doesn't need to lift over a curb or someone to help lift it up
NOT A DOG FRIENDLY LOCATION! If you google dog friendly restaurants near me Chic-fil-A comes up but sadly they are not. They have the perfect outdoor seating area for those times when you want to enjoy a Chic-fil-A sandwich and you have the family pet with you. My husband and I have done this several times and today for some reason, they asked us to leave. I was told if they were visited by the health inspector that they could be shut down for having a dog on the property. No signs in sight either. I contacted corporate customer service, they said they would check into it and let me know if it is a location policy as it is not a corporate policy. I just wanted to let my doggo families in Wesley Chapel know.
The drive through service is horrendous. I’ve been to other chick fil as during peak hours and the efficiency has been night and day. I was in line for nearly 40 minutes and I didn’t see a single person outside helping take orders, helping hand off food. Nothing to ease the flow of cars. Great food but awful service
