We just finished our meal at Pure Meat (party of 6) and we are all very satisfied. The cooking was perfect for all the meats. The meats were incredibly tender and a delight for the taste buds. All of the homemade sauces were delicious, especially the bearnaise. For dessert, we tried the sabayons and white ladies. It was a pleasure to hear the sound of the whisk in the kitchen. The sabayon was one of the best I've ever had. The service was provided by two very friendly and smiling young people. This is definitely a restaurant worth recommending if you enjoy high quality meat dishes.

Dining room had zero without any lighting. Presented tataki of tuna was completely fried. The quality of the steak was good, though the cuisson was wrong.

That say other than perfect, succulent meat, well grilled, very good taste, and tender. also very good sauces. The server was very careful and polite. We'll be back!
