Greggs - Welwyn Garden City

Absolutely shocking, sausages always cold in the morning, never any egg. customer service is diabolical avoid at all cost

Bacon rolls not consistent , it is served only with 3 lunches (2 lunch normal size and the other 1 usually the half) instead of 4 and also not Mayo provided

Coffee is OK, not anything great just regular coffee, nice selection of cakes and biscuits, the caramel shortbread are good too. I like the pizza's they do from 11am onwards as well. Reasonable prices though have increased yet again.

Very helpful staff. Very friendly and nice food. Can't go wrong really.

Greggs are a national chain and you get exactly the same here as everywhere else food is ok as are prices. Only issue here is slow service, lots of staff but most seem to be serving delivery orders rather than customers in store. Also seems that every order requiring rolls (eg a bacon roll) requires staff to go around the back to get some why not keep some around the front and make it easier?
