Mcdonald's - WELLSVILLE

I was in town for an event and I needed a place to work from for several days (where I was staying was remote and didn’t have access to internet). The staff was friendly and kind and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable after coming in to their restaurant several days in a row to eat breakfast lunch and to work. The service I had was fantastic. They even served me my meals- which is not something that the McDonalds do where I live. The staff was so friendly. The environment was pleasant. The music that they played was uplifting and positive. I really appreciate this staff and the experience I had. The managerial staff were efficient, professional, and kind. I absolutely recommend this McDonalds. 5 stars.

Just left the drive thru and getting yelled at by one of the employees who didn’t turn around when we were at the window so my husband drove up to the next window after being ignored. We paid for our food and then we get scolded by whoever was working the register about how it I pay. Next time don’t ignore your customers, yes it was busy but saying one moment please goes a long way.

One of their employees were very rude to a customer when he asked about his food that he had been waiting on and she made a comment “we will make sure it’s last”.very rude, employees should be kind no matter what to customer and is bad customer service all together.

They didnt give me no straws in my order… which i thought was rude. but theyre chicken nuggets are the bomb??
