Mcdonald's - Wellsboro

Ordered 2 meals for my wife and I. Everything came as ordered and there was an extra big mac in there. I hope it wasn't taken from someone else order. But how cant I give a great review when they throw in extra food free of charge!

Kiosks are a poor substitute for people. People who are there are good.

Fries were dry. Fryer needed cleaning per an employee at another McDonalds. Window person was not friendly at all.

The people working here are terribly stupid. My wife and i have ordered from her bout 6 times this month because its quick and easy. Yet every single time they screw up our order somehow or another. Tonight they forgot 20 nuggets from our order. Somethin needs done with this store

Have been to the drive thru countless times (for my little ones. Without skipping a beat, it is minimum of 15 minutes. The two drive thru windows go very uneven. Sometimes 3/4 cars from one lane before the other even gets talked to. Fries are never hot. I wish there was another option when we are in a time crunch, because we would NEVER go back to this location.
