Bidrage med feedbackWe have always been amazed with eating at field green and my favorite is the kedgeree. it's a total comfort for me. therefore my man and I have decided to go for their woap pop up, kosher spice, and we have booked it for the last Sunday. we knew that we would enjoy her eating, but we never thought that they would surpass our expectations! the owners/kitchen and the others would take us on a beautiful Jewish Indian cuisine trip. the whole experience went only to show their passion in creating unforgettable foods without giving up their authenticity. as a malaysier with roots from South India and growing eating home cooked Indian food, we were brought home with every bite. it had the right amount of flavors, which really mixed up, so that we pamper ourselves in more and more. in her Thandiya-Chi-Bhakhri (an art chapati) with her brinjal kasaundi, my man, muthu, saved it. that was the first one we had and he said he felt like running laura (one of the owners, also a cook there) and huging them. true enough to serve the lamb shank curry, he came up, huged her and thanked her for the creation of such a good brinjal chutney, which is one of his favorite cutneys. she was pleasantly surprised and felt touched. then we have ordered more and finally one of the most unforgettable culinary experiences. kudos to the team of field green to bring Indian cooking to the next level! we can see that they also love much and carefree in their other dishes on their regular menu as well. we also love the cozy atmosphere there. If you want a good desolation, you will never be disappointed there. the service was always wonderful and if you are like us eating, don't miss this pop-up. almost all dishes on this pop-up menu are gluten-free, and about half of them are vegan. now we can not wait to try their other dishes on their kosher spice menu at their last day of the event. yes, we have already made another booking!
A regular meal for me when in wellington. probably the most consistent food in the city. whether brunch, lunch or dinner there is something for everyone. they pretend they won't be dissapointed.
We had a very relaxing 3-course menu and drinks on the field and greens. very nice starter main and dessert along with friendly service made for a great date night. keep them the great work we will be back!
Perfect for the brunch we ordered a chess, kedgeree, beetroot and chicken chindel. this is my favorite restaurant in wellington. I never had a bad court here.
Loved this place! The customer service was top notch. All the staff were super friendly and accomodating which we really appreciated. Me and my husband both ordered the french toast with bacon, it was absolutely delicious and up there with the best french toast we've ever had! My only feedback would be that it's quite a small portion, for our standards anyway. We are quite big eaters and they just give one thick piece of toast, I think it would be amazing if the dish came with two pieces instead, even if they were to raise the price slightly to be able to do this. Thanks for a lovely brunch team!
