Eat again today, food was very fast there and tasted best. Welcome to the boss personally, waitress very friendly and accommodating. As a farewell there was still a delusion from Austria. Perfect! You're welcome.

Friendly service, very hospitable. Great selection of many different, very tasty schnitzel specialities. Extensive and rich! Reservation is recommended. If we're back in Weimar, I'd like to see you again.

We were just allowed to be a spontaneous guest and enjoy delicious carvings with supplements. Very nice atmosphere, quiet and price/performance is absolutely right! We like to come over again...

We were today guests of the beautiful city of Weimar in the Schnitzel-Oase and were delighted. The service was super nice and friendly. You could choose a different supplement without hitting the carving. We chose roast potatoes and were done. We can recommend the restaurant.
