Dairy Queen - Webb City

They were rude and made our ice cream incorrect and refused to fix it.

Chicken strip basket was awful. The chicken was hard and dry. the gravy was cold. This was our second attempt to eat here and a big thumbs down for both times. Fast service is great when food quality is as it should be. We had our food with 2 minutes of ordering. I would reconsider not holding food as long and maintaining proper food temperature. I would rather wait longer and have decent food.

I visited Webb City Dairy Queen tonight and ordered chicken strip baskets for myself and my kids for dinner. 7 of our 12 chicken strips were ROCK HARD, COLD, DRY, AND YELLOW WHEN BROKEN OPEN. I spent $28.89 on my order and had to feed the kids stuff I had at home because the food was not edible. I called and spoke to the manager to complain and he offered to write me up a replacement meal . I refused a replacement because I don 't wish to get any more food from a place that is this bad. And all the manager said was that he apologized and didn 't know how it happened. Bad food, bad customer service. Don 't go.

The Webb City location is disorganized and ran very strangely. Ive eaten here 3 times and 2 of those were completely messed up. The food was not as good, hot, and fresh as I expected from a new location. The manager was there when I said something but brushed me off. It was just really weird.

We ordered (online) 2 ice cream cakes on 2 separate occasions within the last month. The first one worked out great! However...the second was for a child’s birthday and this one was a major disappointment. They didn’t have the order, yes I had the confirmation! After a bit of negotiations they found 2 smaller similar cakes at another location. They sent someone to pick them up. Then we went back to the store to pick them up. We ended up still paying for one smaller cake that wasn’t what we ordered and we didn’t get it until the party was almost over.
