Another Tim Horton’s made my coffee wrong so when I went to this location, the server did not want to change the coffee. She was annoyed because it was busy and she refused to change my coffee until I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She replied with “ I am the manager” even though she wasn’t. She finally gave me a new coffee and was still annoyed. Horrible service from this Tim Horton’s. I will never visit this Tim Horton’s ever again. She needs to be trained on how to deal with people.

Consistently Thee worst timmies ive ever been too. Morning shift employees are horrid especially to the minorities I've seen ordering who have different
