Received a burnt sandwich. It Tasted like Charcoal and crispy like salad croutons. They apologized since I waited so long. And now I figured that's because they forgot it in the toaster for some time. I would have asked for a replacement but it was a take out order and left the area.

Be aware they like to charge you twice, don’t recognized and don’t even apologize to you. Worse service ever.

This Tim Hortons has terrible service. Every time I’ve been here they have messed up my order. Twice I asked for a combo and twice I’ve gotten to the window and they told me they didn’t charge me for a combo.

The employees are nice. The gentleman that's in charge, I believe the manager. He is horrible. He yells and speaks so loud, rude and disrespectful. Horrible horrible customer service sir.

I love this location and its because of Raman and Shiehnaz. These ladies are amazing and make my visit pleasant every single time. I usually go after rollerskating right before they close and even though they are tired and its near the end of their shift they still manage to smile and be awesome. Thank you ladies for being
