Updated since my last visit of 6 months ago. Visited early January 2019 again since last summer on a Friday and we were seated very quickly and chose the bar area. The staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable about the menus and specials of the day. I decided to try the chef special a Cod dish highly recommended by our waitress and my friend wanted their famous burger. We both ordered drinks and tried the Pimms Cups, so refreshing. The mains were both presented well and the portions generous. The cod was delicious and my friend managed to finish her large and well done burger. I saw Colin my waiter in the summer and it was a nice surprise! He is always friendly and funny and really makes every effort to ensure his guests feel welcome. and they enjoy every aspect of their dining experience. He recommended one of his favorite deserts Vanilla Bean Affogato. wow and wow. decadent and delicious. I would always come back often to check out the new menus and I am never disappointed. Love here, love the atmosphere, food, friendly staff and I want to thank you Colin for once again outdoing yourself. Cheers.  Overall I had a really enjoyable time and would love to try more dishes on my next visit. Great service, great atmosphere, staff are well organized and love what they they and treat them very special.No wonder my daughter loves coming here and has been over four times. Yet again a lovely experience at Jamie’s Italian! Class food, class service and class ambience.<br/ <br/ Absolute joy to the old tastebuds in how each and every dish meld together so many flavours that just work and leave you savouring each bite.<br/ <br/ We ordered the Italian Nachos and the Porcini Arancini to start. Incredible flavours. For mains Porcini Fettuccine with a side of shrimp and the Spicy Sausage Cassarecce. We could not fault either dish, absolutely divine flavours, fresh ingredients, superb portions. <br/ <br/ You will not experience authentic Italian food from the many regions of Italy anywhere in Canada to this high standard.

I'm not big on Italian but friend treated me the menu is very straight forward which is reasonable. To drink I ordered the peach cider $7.50 as I saw it on the chalkboard and it paired well with my the Carne pizza which was spicy thin crust to perfection not much cheese and for dessert Affogato best dessert finally tried it. As for the decor too much going on and the service is a little slow. In all came up to $84 so you decide a decent spot for a casual dine sry my pizza picture didn't upload and I deleted it MERP but here's the chicken dish and the burger ain't too bad either went for the lunch special $21.95 with a girlfriend this year 2018 too got the chicken club and ravioli nacho's with the cranberry cooler special for $3.95 came up to like $30

After dining at Jamie's Union Jacks at Covent Garden, London our expectations were similar from Jamie's Italian. The place offers a super ambience with awesome customer service. The food was also good, which we expected it to be excellent. I liked the porcini fettuccine. Spaghetti Carbonara was like any other home made dish. However please try to orange blossom polenta cake which was outstanding. I'd definitely go back to Jamie's Italian to try some of their other dishes. Cheers!!!
