This chatime has really good service and renovation. It has latest products and I had a really nice time there. I recommend this store if you’re looking for chatime or bubble tea in general.

I would love to give this place a better rating. It’s a bubble tea place! They’re really fun and I love going to them.My review comes fully from the service that I got when I came into the store the day of this review.The worker behind the counter was talking with their coworker, cool no worries. I really don’t mind waiting.I walk up when he’s ready and place my order.I get back a “HUH?” Twice when I repeat my order.I realized the worker had AirPods in and couldn’t hear me.I genuinely do not care if you want to listen to music while you’re working. Go for it! But If you can’t hear me after I repeat myself a third time? Take them out.How do I know he couldn’t hear me?I asked for no ice and got ice.I asked for pearls in my milk tea.No pearls.0/10 service.Take your headphones out when you’re talking to customers. Put them back in when you’re done. It’s a decency.I just wanted bubble tea after a long day.

Good staff but very hard to communicate but overall the milk tea was good in flavour

CORPORATE POLICY DRINKS @CHAT TIME located at 217 Hays Blvd Unit K3C, Oakville, ON L6H 6M4. NEVER AGAIN I went in today to buy a drink. I precisely always order very little ice almost none. I placed my order and requested the usual very little ice. The young man said nothing and took my order. I waited 10 min even though there was no one there because they were training a new employee. I was watching them preparing the drink and before he placed it to seal the drink I asked him Is this my drink? He said yes. I said please remove the ice you filled the cup with ice and I asked for little ice. He ignored me and went ahead and sealed the cup. I asked him to remove the seal and remove the ice. He refused and said we are following CORPORATE POLICY!! I told him I am the customer and I want my drink the way I want it with less ice he refused again. I left the shop and left the drink that I paid almost $9.00 and went away. I have been a customer of Chat Time in this location and others for many many years and they always do it as I ask with the least amount of ice. I am very disappointed and will never go back again to this location or any other. I paid for the drink and I should receive it the way I want it not how their corporate office decides for me. There are many Bubble Tea chains out there and they treat you with respect and make the drink to your liking.

Flavored water but delicious, not worth the price of course but it's whatever for once in a while, great service, quick service, parking lot gets busy at peak
