Costa Coffee - Wealden

Since being taking over with new management and having a fresh set of staff the place is so much more welcoming and clean than it has ever been great service and warm welcomes and if I ask for extra hot that’s what I get very helpful with explaining drinks if you have questions I used to always just have take out but now I find myself dine in and enjoying my coffee and cake or lunch and always engaging in conversation with staff that are so friendly

We came in to shelter from the rain whilst waiting to be rescued. The staff were lovely and the hot chocolate was great

Nice to sit and have a coffee, especially if you've just come back on the train after a tiring shopping trip, or waiting for a train to go on a shopping trip

The staff at this restaurant were brilliant in adapting to a sudden dishwasher malfunction. Instead of a stressful situation, they turned it into a funny, friendly, and relaxed environment. Although the names of the staff weren't noted, a shout-out to the two who were working at 8:30am on 22/11/22. Cheers guys!
