Dunkin' - Waynesville

Egg and cheese biscuit tasted nasty. Cheese wasn't even on the biscuit, it was all stuck to the wrapper. They must have nuked it for 2 minutes. It was burning my hand. Had to wait 10 minutes to be able to attempt to eat it. Glazed donuts don't hold a candle to Krispy Kreme. Won't be back. Two stars for now. I have enjoyed Dunkin' since the Jurassic period. Love the fact that Waynesville has this location that is usually a five-star joint. But...my daughter has gotten strawberry-dragonfruit refreshers several times that are amber in color, not pink, as they used to be in the past. We went back a few times to have them corrected. But this last time, the cashier stated that we would have to pay for more syrup. I'm sorry, for the standard- not the amber one, a result of a rushed employee or a greedy owner? We are almost every day customers! We should get high quality items that we pay for. Not altered ones that look nothing like the image on the Dunkin' website.
