Bentino's Pizza - Waynesville

Food is always correct, hot and delicious. We ordered to pick up and used their window pick up a few times. Food we ordered was ready fast too.

Just waited 55 minutes for pizza bread sticks. No marinara or garlic butter. GENERAL MANAGER refuses to send some out or refund. Who eats bread sticks without marinara?! Never ordering again. Additionally, I made the call to place my order at 9:32pm it was not submitted until 10:01pm

Used to be better. Going downhill. Regular pizza tastes okay but square cut has been all wrong for several orders in a row.

This location never has enough cheese. I’ve ordered like 20 times since it opened and it just doesnt get any better. The pan pizzas are pathetic. Every other locations are fluffy. How does this one ruin that with a set recipe!? I ordered 3 kinds of cheese on my latest pizza and it barely looks like 1 small layer!!!!

Food is too rushed here. Never order a pan pizza here. Will just be raw dough.
