I wish I could rate the food, but we never received any. We were celebrating our son's 8th birthday yesterday and it took 2 hours for our food to come out. I watched a party behind us finish their meal and leave; then another party sat in the same seats, ordered their food and received it within 20 mins. An hour into our wait the waitress told us the manager would come and talk to us about it but never showed until we were ready to leave. After 2 hours, I requested to pay my bill, then our food came out with the manager but at that point, I was ready to go and eat at a fast food restaurant. Fantastic food, top notch service, and super fun atmosphere. Our waiter RJ was excellent, and manager Ashley even stopped by to make sure everything was good. Definitely worth our 45 mins drive to get here. Loved the Harry Potter theme too! Will definitely be coming back here!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
