Pizza Hut - Wayne

We work at Great Dane so we always pre-order to ensure it's here on time for lunch breaks. Has NEVER been on time! When you call you spend 20 minutes on hold and they just won't answer! Gone hungry more than once because of them.

I ordered a bottled drink and received it in a plastic cup. When I opened the cup it had black stuff floating around and at the bottom. My food was a little over done. Will not be ordering again.

The waiter is always nice, but since John left things have gotten worse. My husband and I go there for their express lunch which now takes almost an hour to get your food. We ordered wings and fries and it took 45 minutes. I had 5 minutes to eat because I needed to go back to work. When John was manager we would get our food at max in 20 mins. If you have time to wait an hour for your food I 'm sure it 's not an issue. This has happened every time we go there.

We stopped in October 1st while going through town. It was rough. Food came out not fully cooked. Pzones still cold in the middle. Took over an hour just to get food. We dined in. They've claimed several times they'd upload pizza hut cash to the rewards to make up for it and it's never once happened.

My order was wrong I called in my order to be ready at 6:15 and waited through the drive up window for 25 minutes before some came to the window and said with in a minute then lasted another 10 minutes so a total of 35 minutes and then was order wrong and was cold. spend 61 dollars to drive 30 minutes to home for wrong orders. quite disappointed
