Buffalo Wild Wings - Wayne

Server didn’t say anything to welcome me, just looked at me grabbed menus and walked to my table. Tried to be nice and thank him still nothing. Not a welcoming atmosphere and food was mediocre. Wouldn’t suggest coming here.

Worst experience ever. This would have been my first time visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings and this location is the exact opposite of what I was expecting. Host was nowhere to be found I stood around waiting 10 minutes just to be greeted, after finally being seated I waited 20 minutes and even then no service was provided and I left ! If the service is this slow I can only imagine how the food would’ve came out. Highly disappointed. Mind you their were workers just standing around or sitting using there phones.

To be honest, I have no idea how this place is still open. I've had Buffalo Wild Wings from other locations and enjoyed them but these have been dry every time. I also have never had a restaurant so frequently deliver food late through Uber Eats. The driver arrives on time but they never get the food to them promptly. Overall, there are essentially no redeeming qualities about this location of BWW.

Ok! Soooo Went there on the first Sunday night football to watched the Giants game whom by now we all know was trash. BUT Anyway I did not expect it to be not busy...So came in told one of the three young men the number in my party and name. It was a little busy as all the remainder nfl games where on the tv 's and customers from those game were still attendance. So I was informed it would he 20 min or so. Now! In the waiting area waiting was about 10 people families or couples. No prob o get it.. To my right stood three empty high bench tables (stools) only. Look like they had been used. (Unbused) I am a problem solver so I asked upon entree could we wait their. No with some excuse so I said NP. NOW! As 20 mins approaches the three young men still standing in the same position( one telling other guests about the wait, one eating and the other looking like he was hiding. I go over and ask will it be much longer? Here is the gag! He tells me it will be an additional 20 to 30 after I have to go to him and ask! So now I have to be a Carlton not Karen all professional like I say I wish you would have come to me and said that and what about the 7 customers in front of me. Smug/smerky looks from the other two and then I say we 'll if you two started bussing those tables to help the over worked wait staff maybe a flow would start. I Need your Manager please! Statue one calls on his walky talky and says he will be right out! I reply Thank you and wait some more.. He come out. A tall young MAN WHOM I WAS Proud TO SEE WAS OF African american decent. So I explain the situation also how a few of the customers left after waiting and being told the additional wait time. I said not trying to get the young men in trouble because I was once young and dumb but do better! And told him about the tables. So he understood and we went back in. Oh! We stepped outside do to the noice and statue 1 was in my mouth as I talked to manager! So he said something to the three and its like magic those tables got bussed, along with a few others and we were seated in a matter of minutes. So!! Food was decent, waiter was attentive(rewarded of course)and professional and the Giants got their backs blown out!

I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings three times. Twice in house once take out. Both times I ate there service was incredibly slow. Different food items were cold. My server disappeared for 15 minutes while I was waiting for my check just to find her leaning against the cash register on her phone. I stood at the bar for 5 minutes waiting for a drink while two employees leaned against a both and talked until I asked for help and they came over. For take out I was there before my food was ready and my appetizer still came out cold. I ordered dry rub wings and very clearly they put the wings in the to go box and shook the seasoning over it once or twice. Most of the wings were completely plain no seasoning. Seriously do not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings.
