Taco Cabana 20349 - Waxahachie

We waited for the ride through in line for 20 minutes, they were from LIDS Ranch we ordered Ranch Tacos, they did not disturb us saying that they were out until we looked out no ranch went to our tacos in complaining the GM Stephan could not deal with the problem. He immediately told me to get my reception when I came back that they threw away our food????? gave me a refund. Zero responsibility owed everything they had only 3 employees. We've been wasting almost an hour with all this going with NO food while my two-year-old is waiting in the car.

I visited this site today for the first time and the customer service I received was great! I was greeted by a young lady who had a beautiful smile and was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and atmospheric! My food was hot and fresh. The manager came out to make sure we were all right and asked if we needed anything. My experience today was worth the visit.

Not God! We simply went (first time in months because of another constant matter) and were told that they can't serve us, just drive you thru. No problem! We go through the drive and she says it? Why couldn't you tell us while we were inside? It is over 100 degrees and we are already in this line for 10 minutes before telling about the additional waiting time. Wasted gas and once again in a store that has no employees. The other incident that happened every time we left was that they deliberately put cheese, acid cream, etc. intolerance due to lactose. Of course, we didn't suspect it was targeted until we listen to them and talk about them.

Another nice Taco Cabana. I always get the Mexicana breakfast plate, it is delicious and is surely a hearty meal to carry you through the day. Do not forget to get the special sauces and pico de gallo. You're going well. You also make a nice breakfast Burritos. They keep it cold enough in the restaurant to hang meat, though!

Food was definitely good. Service was fast and professional. The price of steak in my burritos was Insane!! $37 for 8 steak burritos, not even a meal. I learned... and will not do that again.
