Mcdonald's - Waxahachie

I use this location because I'm 2minutes away from my house but I'd rather drive to the one of 77 and 287 their quality and costumer service is great The one here is good costumer service but quality is horrible if I'd have to say like the review would have to be 0 My coffee mocha Is not coffee and tell me why I am eating a McMuffin and all I hear is crunch. I spit that out and yes egg shells here's the pics. The shell is on top of the sausage and I spit out a lot more.Disgusting.

I just went through drive thu and ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal. I asked for apples and fries with BBQ sauce. I sat for 10 minutes with no one coming to window and received a 4 piece, no apples, and no sauce. Also my drink was handed to me with no ice. This happens so often, unfortunately my kids always want to eat here. Make sure to check your order because they obviously can?t get the simplest orders correct.

Came here after a visit to Screams Park on Friday and had the best customer service! Shoutout to Jake R. who took our order and provided top tier service. He was professional, polite, and made us laugh while in the drive through. I love when people connect with people.
