After moving to the area, I had been searching for Barbacoa and finally found it at Los Tapatios. The Barbacoa is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant and recommend it to everyone. With a bar, ample seating, and a location near downtown Waxahachie, it is a must-try.

Love Love Love Love Love the Enchilada Red Sauce!!! DELICIOUS, reminds me of New Mexico style Enchilada sauce. Food is DELICIOUS! Chicken Tortilla Soup is excellent!!! Service is great!!!
