Lakeview - Wawa

The owners of this hotel did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel just based on interactions that I had with them. There are a few reasons why I rated my experience 4 stars though and not five. It was very clean when we arrived. We had two days where we put out our maid service sign, and our room was not attended to. I notified the owner at the front desk, and he said he'd make sure that they got to it, and they didn't. Our trash was overflowing and we kept running out of toilet paper. I am sure that it was an honest oversight, and I am sure that if I raised a stink about it, they would have addressed it, but since we were leaving the next morning, I let it go. They gave us toilet paper when we asked for it, it just always felt awkward to have to go and ask. The food at the bar was decent and the service there was great. Again, I would recommend this hotel, it is close to a beautiful lake, and dog friendly.

We stayed in the new cabins out the back and they had that new feeling. Very clean and the bed was great. Hotel isn 't on the water but can be seen from the hotel and is a 1 minute walk away. Restaurant in the hotel was a classic small town bar. Food was good and cheap and it seemed everyone knew each other. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Stayed for a night when traveling for a fishing trip. We stayed in the new section, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Will definitely stay here again Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Great stay at Lakeview Hotel!! Was greeted with great service and a smile. Was given a upgraded bigger room at no extra charge. Room and bathroom were very big, clean and spacious and comfy bed. Definitely recommend staying here and look to stay again on our return trip. 5/5 stars for sure. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
