Costa Coffee - Waverley

I really got disappointed, I got a milk latte when I ordered mandelic milk. as a lactose intolerant person, I say quite clearly that I have to have mandelic milk because I have no normal cow milk. I know it's no one else, it's not a big...skill, but for me it completely ruined the rest of my day. I drunk the drink (can not taste the difference because the caramel syrup was very strong or I would have sent it back before! and was sick for the rest of the day. I think this must be taken more seriously, as this has upset me. I was very uncomfortable because of the lack of care. it is really not difficult to remember mandelic milk instead of cow milk, but somehow this happened. again it seems like no big thing, but it is such a small question and it really makes a big difference to me. I hope no one gets the experience I've done.

We had a early morming meeting in the august, and were there for 8 o'clock. we were not too impressed cup sizes were changed and seemed that no one was new, which was...small, medium or big! but not all bad news they have made our bill so messed up that most of our articles for free!

Cranleigh is a nice little place, some interesting shops and caffes. to the costa when man was closed. costa is on average too good. the has good toilets. Apart from that, the outside seats are just a few tables outside, not the feeling as if they belong there. in the inner is bland and uninteresting. sitting near the windows is not particularly pleasant, no warm or real comfort. coffee is in order, but will not be beaten back

The staff are the highlight and the coffee is good. It has a nice community feel about it, which is a bit of a surprise for a chain coffee shop.

Usually the quality over costa sockets is quite consistent. However, I had not visited the Cranleigh output for a few years. I ordered my ordinary cortado today to take away because of the pandemic I went back to the car and a...-Spuck it was hotter than an atomic reactor and definitiw did not taste of a cortado at all. I've had the worst cup of coffee for years. time to cross this place from the list
