We recently hosted a family event at this restaurant and I have nothing but praise for the excellent service, attention to detail, and delicious cakes and sandwiches we were served. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you very much!

Just a wonderful experience. There are many restaurants which could learn how to run a successful business from these people. Quirky interior , lovely staff , decent prices and good food. Wide range of lunch choices. We just love this place.

Our visit to The Old Bank Tearoom in Bungay was a real treat. A traditional afternoon tea, really pleasent people and unique surroundings. So much choice, I really liked the savory selection. My first visit to Bungay; Such a pretty town with loads of shops to explore; My wife and I have already planned a re-visit.

What a fantastic hidden gem! I went today for afternoon tea to celebrate my wife's birthday and we were greeted with a beautifully decorated table and a balloon. The food was absolutely faultless and the staff were excellent. We would definitely return, especially since we were even given a birthday card as we left - such a lovely touch.

I was recommended this restaurant by a family friend and I am so glad I listened to their advice. We had an afternoon tea for my best friend's baby shower and from the first phone call, Charlotte and the staff were friendly, welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful. The ambiance of the venue is a mix of eclectic and beautiful, with interesting things to see in every corner. Our table was set up elegantly and we were graciously given exclusive use of the main area. The food was outstanding and there was a generous amount of cakes and scones. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the staff even arranged for us to take home the leftovers so nothing would go to waste. The staff were attentive to our needs and also discreet. They assisted with hanging decorations and handled any food allergies without any problems. All of our guests raved about the amazing food and service. I would not hesitate to host any future events at this venue. It truly is a wonderful place with exceptional staff. Thank you.
