Bidrage med feedbackIt doesn’t matter if I’ve ate already or am full. If I’m going to any mall this is what I’m getting. I LOVE big easy. I will say I was very disappointed yesterday. The meat was very fatty and the serving size was smaller than it usually is. The worst part was the rice. Typically at south ridge they offer a yellow rice or jambalaya for an up charge. I was hoping that would be the same at Mayfair. To my surprise it wasn’t. My options were jambalaya for the up charge or white. I chose the jambalaya. That’s all to say the rice was horrible. Very very mushy, the color was a bright orange and seemed off. I normally never have bad experiences with this place but yesterday was awful.
Big Easy Cajun is an absolute gem that has stolen my heart with its incredible food and top-notch customer service. From the very first bite, it’s evident that the flavors are carefully crafted to perfection. I find myself looking forward to mall visits solely to savor their delectable offerings. The food, without a doubt, is the star of the show. Each dish bursts with authentic Cajun flavors that transport my taste buds straight to Louisiana. The portion sizes are generous, and the best part is that the cost is simply unbeatable for the quality and quantity you receive. But what truly sets Big Easy Cajun apart is the warm and attentive customer service. The staff’s genuine passion for their cuisine shines through, making every visit a delightful experience. They go above and beyond to ensure your meal is nothing short of exceptional. If you’re seeking an unforgettable culinary journey with an affordable price tag, look no further. Big Easy Cajun has earned its spot as my ultimate mall food destination, and I can’t recommend it enough!
The best thing that could have ever happened to this place is that it’s conveniently located in a mall. But unfortunately for the customers this place is a bad option! I came today, Sunday 8/27 and ordered near 5pm and apparently, they were closing. I asked, where is the usual food in the warmer, but the clerk said they had white rice in the back. He asked if I wanted a bowl or a plate. I said give me a bourbon chicken plate. Well, once they charged me and I left, while I was waiting in the Cinnabon line, I looked at my food. Only to find there was no vegetables and the meal was incomplete. It should have come with 2 sides. I returned and told the clerk that I did not receive all of my items. He then said, they were out. I immediately said back, why would you sell me a dinner that you can't provide!?!?!?! I went on to say, you should have never asked me if I wanted a meal, and you didn't have all the parts to sell with it. The clerk said that is what they do! Of course, I was shocked and told them I would never return!!! Angry doesn't even size it up. They are totally over charging and not even compensating or reducing the price if they are out of food. Don't waste your time or money, go to the Teriyaki chicken place next door, to this place. I know I would if I had it to do over!
I use to eat here all the time, I don't know what happened with the food but the Mac n cheese was horrible nothing like it use to be not even close the Lo main was mushy. I was very upset my mouth was watering for this smh. The staff was very friendly.
Bourbon Chicken was good but they need to stop selling Mac and cheese or burn the recipe so that it'll never be made again. This was by far the absolute worst Mac and cheese I've ever had.
