Golden Gate - Waukesha

This is the best Chinese restaurant I have ever visited. The fried rice is outstanding, and the overall food quality is top-notch. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I can't praise this place enough.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the city. The fresh ingredients never disappoint. I ordered the Kung Pao beef with carrots, green peppers, and peanuts, and it was outstanding. The fried rice had a unique grilled flavor that set it apart from other places. The Chinese drink menu is a bonus, with a great variety of options to choose from.

First Chinese take out I've had in Waukesha where the meat wasn't chewy/freak me out. For that reason alone, I'll be back. Medium Kung Pao Chicken was not spicy....get Hot. Crab Rangoon was yummy, would order again. My husband picked it up so I can't comment on the interior or service. I think it was about a 45min wait on a Friday night.

Fried Chinese chicken appetizer had no chicken in it all dough, VERY disappointing and a rip off

Ordered To-Go while staying in Waukesha, because it 's my husbands favorite spot. We ordered the kung pow chicken (spicy) and the peppered steak, along with the crab Rangoon. When my husband ordered the kung pow chicken the staff confirmed with him 2-3x that he really wanted spicy and my only complaint of the meal is that the kung pow could have had MORE spice. So not sure if they questioned if we could handle to heat or if that 's really as hot as it gets. The other dishes were very good and we finished all the food. Always such a yummy treat! Best Chinese in Waukesha FOR SURE!!
