Chipotle Mexican Grill - Waukegan

It was crowded at 7:30pm but the line moved quick. We had a huge order and they got everything done efficiently and perfectly. Super nice staff, well managed. Their special drinks were very low but they were about to close so I understand. Food tasted great! Cleanliness could've been better which is why the 5th star is missing in my book.

This place sucks. They purposely mess up online orders because they know you're not actually there to pick it up. I asked for extra mild salsa, I got barely any. Easy sour cream, nope they loaded it up and I swear I didn't even get a full scoop of chicken. Have some integrity and continuity between all your locations chipotle, this is unreal.

Placed an online order for two burritos bowls but both orders were really wrong.

8-15-22 was the girl on tortilla rude. go to gurnee location for better customer service.

The customer service is not the best. burrito wickdame has not even tried to pack my burrito. Instead, she wanted to wrap it twice, which I didn't want. I decided to place with that in a bowl. I didn't ask anything else except for being. I came home and couldn't finish the packaging.
