La Braise Grill Steak - Wattrelos

Very mixed experience during my visit to La Braise Wattrelos. The reception was a little cold at the reception, then we settled with my friend on a table for two. The atmosphere is very (too cozy, it’s warm, it’s beautiful, the furniture is solid and comfortable, but the whole lack can be a little light (we ate in the evening. The music put us in a good atmosphere without being too strong. The wait was long before we took our order (after 20 minutes and then waited for 25 minutes to be served. I ordered a T-Bone 500gr (see the finesse of the room I doubt that it really made its weight and Ribs 600g (very copyy for the blow accompanied by fresh potato fries and an oven potato and a roquefort sauce. My friend ordered him a warehouse (300g. I was TRÈS disappointed by the Ribs, especially at the price where they are displayed (39,90 € !!!! They were not melting, they were hardly detaching the bone, and above all, are prepared without glazing or seasoning typical of what is expected of Ribs. They were cooked on the grill without special seasoning. The meat was good, but it is undoubtedly the worst Ribs I was served in a restaurant! The T-bone for his part was very average too. The meat had a good smoked taste but the cooking was not homogeneous and the large part of the room was well cooked and not to the point as requested. Special mention for accompaniments and Roquefort sauce delicious however, and in generous quantity. In conclusion, the value-price ratio is very bad. It is very expensive for what it is (118€ in total with a mocktail and a bottle of water! and you have to review the Ribs recipe because frankly it is not at all at the height of the price shown. Inputs, drinks and desserts are very expensive. I do not recommend this restaurant
