Holiday Inn Ipswich

Im not happy with this hotel. Cleaner of my room it smells of alcohol and sweat. My room after her cleaning was smell so bad. Mess in the corridor, noise in the corridor. Cant sleep. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

We stayed here for 2 nights from Fri 3rd Nov, and had a fatastic stay... Recpt desk very polite and professional my wife wanted a bath which our room did not have Sophie on front desk sorted that out for us=top service. Room nice clean and tidy, our room had a fridge, and it was nice and quite. Breakfast loads of choice, and plenty of space so you dont feel on top of each other excellent service on our last day we had faulty Towers helping out it was brilliant. Lounge plenty of space with funky furnishings, Bar= great service and drinks priced fair. pool area there is a steam room, sauna, hot tub n pool which are all great, could do with a tidy up just looks tired n worn. We will def stay again
