I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Pizza Hut Nugegoda branch and I must say, it was a fantastic experience overall. Despite one minor drawback of limited parking space, everything else about this place exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. They greeted me with warm smiles and promptly attended to my needs throughout my visit. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a customer. The food at Pizza Hut Nugegoda was truly delicious. I ordered a variety of pizzas and each one was cooked to perfection. The crust was just the right amount of crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. It's evident that the kitchen staff takes great care in ensuring the quality and taste of their food. Had a great meal and service from them all the time. Once I visited there and had a meal. I also placed a take away order from 3 varieties. They called me when I reached the home to inform about mistake of said 3 varieties. At the time the package was not opened. Within half an our they worked to deliver correct order to the home. Appreciated service from them without informing about their mistake.

I usually eats from pizza hut at least 2,3 or more times a month. Food was good in nugegoda and they really pay attention to details when we place an order. I suggest Nugegoda branch to tint the outlet glasses since its bit disturbing when people in bus halt looks inside all the time.

Place is quite convenient and the parking place is limited. It has a nice ambience inside and the staff is very friendly too. The service is also reasonable. Their Chicken Birizza which was 600 Rs, was tasty and filling. The curry which is given along with it is also good. But the amount of chicken is not as it is shown in the advertisement and although it says it is biryani inside, it felt like there was just plain Basmathi rice inside the crust on top of which a chicken curry has been poured.

The staffs were friendly and always willing to help. Ingredient quality was great, however Food taste was average. The speed of its food preparation is really satisfactory. Layout of the store and the atmosphere/cleanness were also good. Access and parking was not convenient.
