The service in the drive-through on Sunday was bad .The guy didn’t even scan my phone for points. My bread was cold and the drink was so strong. I ordered a brown sugar, shaken, espresso it tasted so strong I couldn’t even drink it.

The staff here is great! The coffee is as expected from Starbucks, which is to say consistent. I like the space. There aren't any comfy chairs, but there is plenty of seating.Update: the music used to be played a bit loud here but seems to be much more tolerable now.One suggestion for management would be to get the bathroom faucets working better. The water comes out a trickle
