Mod Pizza Watford

I absolutely adore the pizza at this restaurant! It is truly fantastic and such a great deal for the money. The chocolate milkshake is also delicious! I have visited multiple times and have never been let down. I really hope they stick around and start opening locations nationwide. The only downside is that my friend mentioned the vegan pizza, particularly the cheese, was not up to par.

I have visited this restaurant about 5 times now and I love it. The food is of great quality and good value. The staff is lovely and the service is quick. You can't go wrong here.

My son recently attended a birthday party at this restaurant and has been raving about it ever since, so we decided to try it out for ourselves. We opted for a takeout order, but encountered some confusion upon arrival. There were no staff members available to assist with online order pickups, nor were there any clear signs indicating where to go. After waiting in line behind a large group, I finally reached the front and was directed to the correct location to collect my order. The employee who served me seemed inexperienced and struggled to assemble the takeaway box properly, despite repeatedly checking the instructions. Unfortunately, she missed a crucial step which I only noticed once I arrived home. It would be beneficial to provide additional training to new staff members or remind existing staff to be more attentive and communicative with customers. Despite the minor hiccups, the ordering process was quick and efficient, similar to Subway. The pizzas were generously topped and delicious, making it a worthwhile dining experience overall.

Popped in last night after the cinema to get two pizzas to take home. Restaurant, which looked warm and inviting, only had a young chap hanging about and another couple waiting. Staff looked so unhappy to be there, wow! Not friendly at all! When we got home we tucked in great pizza! But then my husband found a long blonde hair in a slice. Ugh! And then I found one also! Baked into the pizza! Thinking back, none of the staff wore any hats/hair nets this whilst preparing food! Is this allowed? This was so gross. Needless to say both remaining halves went into the bin. I'll go back to making my own pizzas again.

Found it friendly, service was great and food and drink great value. Would definitely visit again
