I went to this restaurant for my birthday last night. The evening started off well with balloons and a gold sash on the table, which was cute. However, the food was terrible. The prawns were not deveined, the bread tasted old, and the garlic cheese pizza bread was more like a tomato base for a pizza. The burger patties seemed to be of poor quality meat. My sister ordered her burger medium but it was overcooked. My friend had pasta with chicken and mushrooms which was also lacking flavor. The drinks were filled with ice and when we mentioned it to the manager, she brought us two more drinks that still tasted like water. The customer service was also poor. We were overcharged and the staff became hostile and unprofessional when we expressed our dissatisfaction. The manager also had a meeting and couldn't attend to us for a long time. Overall, it was a disgraceful experience and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. It's better to go to Nando's next door.

Went to visit with a work colleague on Friday evening, after work for some drinks and food. As we were on our way in, my friend who suffers from Crohns Disease was told he wasn't allowed in because of his tablets (clearly signed in a bottle, even bought up a website and prescription to show her they were needed) the lady was rude and aggressive, confrontational, and said he wasn't allowed to enter at all before signalling for a bouncer to become extra aggressive and defensive. Awful owners of this place, DO NOT visit if you can help it lady in charge was horrendous and made a scene out of absolutely nothing.

The title says it All the food we have tried has been very good but the Sunday Roast is all you would want. The full Monty of Sunday dinners. Good portion of roast and vegetables and a huge Yorkshire pudding. All excellent quality and well cooked. The other drinks are great including two for one cocktails. Highly recommended for a relaxing visit during the day and early evening Bit more likely in the evening!!

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant with delicious food and drinks. The staff, especially Margaret and Julie, were attentive and friendly. It was the perfect way to enjoy a night out after the lockdown. We will definitely be returning, hopefully without the need for masks!

The staff and manager showed no respect. I tried calling multiple times to make a reservation and when I finally reached them, they were unhelpful. They asked for my age group, which is inappropriate, and when I told them I am in my early 20s, they hung up. This is very discriminatory and shocking. I do not recommend this place. While Covid is a factor, it is not an excuse for such poor service. I am appalled to say the least.
