Mcdonald's - Waterville

This restaurant provides extremely poor service and has a dull atmosphere.

This restaurant is terrible. The employees are completely indifferent and the service is subpar. I ordered a fish sandwich from McDonald's and received a sad excuse of a meal with hardly any tartar sauce. When I tried to let them know about the mistake, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The service is mediocre at best, with no effort put into making things right. This place is definitely not worth a visit. Service: Takeout.

The service was excellent, the restrooms were impeccably clean, and the ambiance was perfect for a family gathering. I have no complaints and would give this restaurant a 5-star rating across the board for food, service, and atmosphere.

Good for a McDonald's! Greeted when we entered the door, cheerful conversation all through the order experience, wished farewell as we left and asked if we wanted refills on our cofee.
