Starbucks - Watertown

We didn't get a hello till we ordered. She was nice , but maybe 6 worker women didnt smile. Very unfriendly atmosphere. The tables are dirty, the floor are dirty and fruit flies in the food case.

I went drive through today with my other 2 friends to get our cold drinks by using the offer they had 50% off cold's drinks, we had to wait over 20 minutes till get the window and whoever was on the window refused to give us the 50% off I told her that I have the code number she could use it to reduce the amount but she refused again so I ended up not taking my order, because her attitude and she wasn't helping at all I feel just waste my time over there.

I mean, it's Starbucks...they make tasty drinks, they run out of stuff, the staff is usually really friendly and helpful

So I got a chocolate almondmilk, i thought at first i was tripping but the milk taste spoiled and the espresso is too strong, i tried mixing it but it didn’t work so i just ended up wasting $7 ?

They missed something in my drink and the lady was nice for a moment then got attitude..I was saying thank you and she hardly answered..very rude
