Starbucks - Watertown

I was talked to with an attitude and they got a simple order wrong twice and I didn't even have them redo the second one because the person was very aggravated.

Two girls were bullying a training employee. making faces, laughing and rolling their eyes behind his back. and they would snap at him continuously. Honestly it broke me to see grown women acting like middle school bullies. I don’t know how he was remaining so kind and helpful through all that. Middle school is over grow up.

Unfriendly staff. I was there 7.15am for just a coffee and the lady wasn’t friendly at all.

Wherever we go Starbucks never fails to impress. Great team work to fill orders in a timely manner for customers on the go. Thanks Starbucks !

Oct2022: 4: I would recommend visiting this location if you are shopping in the location. I was in the department store shopping and came across this location. Some of my family members decided to try the specialty drinks. I got tea, they each selected a coffee of some kind. They were happy to receive the drink and enjoyed the beverage. We are on vacation in the area and selected some pastries as well. The personnel were fine during our visit. The drinks and pastries were pretty good too.
