Panera Bread - Watertown

My favorite Panera! The food is always reliable and good quality. However, the coffee could be better. I find Panera coffee to be very dilute. The photo on Google is not the same Panera. There is easy parking in the large parking complex next to therestaurant. I like this Panera because of the EV charging facility in the garage.

We loved Panera! The food was great and the employees were nice. I had a white pizza and a fountain drink. It was delicious. All in all Panera is a great restaurant for any situation.

Too expensive and mediocre for pre-shipped, pre-fab items; typically, delivery messes up at least one part of the order, and now with only drop-off delivery (which is DISGUSTING), you will most assuredly NEVER get your drink or correct order ever again.Great stuff if you're a middle aged Karen who flips her lid for hot bread, but not for the average person who doesn't want tohave to join some delivery rewards system all for the thrill of paying more, a wet food bag, and your wrong order left on theground.

Ordered here to go about 1 month back. Received 2 small cold Mac and cheeses plus wasn't given the brownie and extra bread I paid for. Reached out to customer support who offered me just a $5 coupon for $10+ of failures on their end.

Very good experience every time I go. Delicious food. Staff are hard working and kind. I had the best heart cookie...a real treat. I enjoy the Flatbreads, and my son likes the grilled cheese. I like the atmosphere, it's a nice spot to get away from theworld for awhile.
