Applebee's Grill - Watertown

Came at a reasonable time. I love Applebee's, but this visit was not as good as possible. The food was cold and beverage refills were almost good until we got our bill. Trying to go boxes was not easy. The staff was nice, but it was like they wanted to ignore you. The restaurant was only open on the bar side and the seats on this side were only half full so we should take care of ourselves. The service we have is what I expected if it was full.

That was definitely okay. I had the Sirloin Steak, salad and potatoes. It was cooked properly and tasted well. My wife had the oriental chicken salad and enjoyed it too. As an additional bonus, I tried a local root beer so well. The service was quick and friendly and they definitely take the right precautions for cleanliness and social distancing.

Good atmosphere with friendly staff. The decor contains local themes and pictures that are a beautiful touch. The food was good with an average waiting time.

The food was good and quite fast. The service was excellent. We had a fairly large group with some small children, so it was a challenge for the staff. I don't often consider myself eating in a place like Applebee's, but I'm going back to Watertown.

Reasonable prices and the food was still hot when we got served. Compared to my last few visits at Applebee's locations in the cities, Watertown Applebee's has been the best one yet as far as food quality, prompt service, and friendly staff. I will be back
