Starbucks - Watertown Town

Seems like they don't understand my order sometimes, usually have to repeat it once or twice but they eventually get it. Haven't forgotten anything at the window yet though so I've always left with my whole order even if I do end up repeating it a few times.

Mobile order exactly right and they even let me add something when I got to the drive thru! Excellent service!

Wow! What happened to this location, it used to be a good store. Constantly closing lobby because they're understaffed?! They stand around, with a half made coffee in their hands, talking to each other, no sense of urgency. It's frustrating to watch but explainable why they aren't able to handle drive thru and lobby. Not good for business. Hello Dunkin!!

Starbucks; the best drinks in town I go to Starbucks and buy a drink at least twice a week! When I walk into the building I am immediately greeted with the smell of fresh coffee, warm cookies, and a hello from the barista. The vibes inside Starbucks are amazing and the kindness and energy from everyone around is amazing. When I am handed my Strawberry acai lemonade refresher with light ice, my day is so much better. When I take the first sip it fills me with a feeling like a warm summer day and I get a cool rush of happiness. . The sweet lemonade and strawberries mixed together makes an amazing taste combo. Even though the price is known to be way to high and expensive, the result is so worth it!

Asked for light ice and came with extra ice…. Do better
