Mcdonald's - Waterlooville

Self checkout didn't print receipt or tell us which order number we were. The wait was rather long. They also had no tomato ketchup. My partner asked for sweet chilli, but had to pay extra

It was OK. The service was good, but the food was mediocre . My latte was only warm, not hot, and that was the same with the food .I will not be returning Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Dirty toilets (imagine the kitchen) and glacial pace for even hot drinks. AVOID. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lately the service has slowed or the location too popular either way there is Aways a long wait/delay going through the drive through. And the day they get my order right will be a first. I always want to check but the trouble is, to unpack will create further delay for everyone else behind you. And forget going inside to order or collect .....the fact that customers bother to go inside and should get a little priority is long gone. The pecking order is delivery drivers first and foremost then drive thru and lastly those that bothered to get out of their car and dare get face-to-face customer service or priority. Everyone ignores you or you wait a lot longer ..... Seems all the priorities are the wrong way round .....sorry for the bad review but this used to be the best mac's around but I guess their priorities have changed and they becoming a victim of their own success .....Good luck
